Lacy the Border Collie

According to Alabama Border Collie Rescue:

Lacy the Border Collie showed up at a shelter with a burn on her side. They contacted her owner who first said he would come get her, then just said to put her to sleep.

The wound is not very large and will heal with care.

Lacy is a real sweetheart looking for someone who won't dump her for the smallest thing.
